Quiet rural area - located away from all of the noise but close enough to get where you need to in 30 minutes or less - I'm available and close by to take care of all of your needs via cell phone - this is our home and we want you to feel like home when you stay - we won't be onsite - so you'll have it all to yourself - enjoy - also there are plenty of tourist sites nearby like Frankenmuth - and Birch Run Prime outlets for shopping. Everything you need will be available to make your stay comfortable - so bring the family there is more than enough room - also we have a finished basement for added space if needed for your stay. Also would like to add a note of working pole barn on property which has equipment the home owner needs to use during AIRBNB stays so you are aware of activity that my be going on - in that other driveway area - which cannot be block by guest vehicles - there is enough driveway area by the main home. Access of all living areas of the house, bedrooms, kitchen, bath, living room, all purpose room etc. Will be available 24 - 7 during your stay - to make sure you get whatever you need - so don't worry if you forget something. Very quiet older neighborhood - no dogs barking - no loud music - just the peaceful sound of birds chirping Your own transportation will be needed - there is of course Uber and Lyft - if your needing transportation - and everything is close. Enjoy quiet bike rides - we have a ice cream parlor nearby - Flint Institute of Arts - Farmers Market - Apple Woods Estates - and lots of new places in downtown Flint - which is a 15 minute drive.
