Also, as part of your stay you gain access to the amenities of our Recreation Center (pool, hot tub, gym, etc.), an additional fee applies. Other things to note POLICIES/RULES - Non-smoking on the property ($250 fine for smoking inside or outside) - House Trained Pets allowed with prior approval and $50 pet fee per pet (Any damage or clean up will be charged to guest) - No parties, guests in home must match reservation (Reservation will be immediately terminated and no refund will be given) - No Parking in the Street (Any fine assessed by the county will be passed to the renter) Pagosa Springs is a fairly rural area. Cell Reception may be limited, depending on your provider. Verizon seems to be best out here. Make sure to enable your wifi calling!
