Studio - St Ives

The Lower Deck is a luxurious and modern, open plan studio perfect for couples and small families. As you arrive you have access to a free parking space directly outside of your own personal gated outdoor decking area. We are close to numerous stunning beaches and are centrally placed for access to swimming, surfing, walking the coastal paths, along with the many excellent restaurants, bars and tourist attractions that the family friendly town has to offer. The space We recently completed a full renovation of our studio to create a well-equipped, cosy, tranquil family home-away-from-home. As you arrive you have access to a free parking space directly outside of your own personal gate. As you enter the front deck, you have a large personal space on solid wood decking with accompanied garden furniture and stored cushions and blankets. On entering through the double-glazed stable front door, you will find the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchenette area with wooden flooring. The bedroom then follows through from this area and is complete with a luxury double bed with a pocket sprung hybrid firm mattress and en-suite which is separated by beautiful wooden sliding doors. There is a large walk in shower with a heated towel rail. Next to the toilet and shower room behind the sliding doors we have a wardrobe for you. Behind this is where the boiler lives. Mixing modern and hand-made, the style of the studio reflects our eclectic tastes and allows for a feeling of cosiness and tranquillity. You're located within walking distance to the world famous golden beaches of St Ives. Porthmeor Beach - 13min Walk Porthgwidden Beach - 21min Walk Harbour Front & Beach - 14min Walk Porthminster Beach - 20min Walk Carbis Bay Beach - 42min Walk / 10min Drive In addition to the warm summer months, St Ives is popular year round for hikers, artists, and families because of the beautiful surrounding landscapes. There is the very popular St Ives Food and Drinks Festival, and the world famous New Year's Eve fancy dress celebrations. Guest access The studio is completely self-contained, with its own access/entrance and there are no shared spaces. There is parking in front of the property on the brick driveway. A key-safe box is located to the right of the double glazed stable door. Guests have access to the front private decking area with wooden garden furniture, all which precede the property. Other things to note Outdoor seating: Just to the front of the studio we have lovely benches for you to sit at with cushions provided in the outdoor lock box so you can enjoy the beautiful weather and peaceful surroundings. Perfect for a cup of tea, glass of wine or a BBQ. We are ideally placed near all of the beautiful beaches in St Ives and Carbis Bay. In the pictures you can see the distance to each beach which we've also included below. The nearest beach Porthmeor, famous for its golden sands and surfing, is only a 13 minute walk. You're located within walking distance to the world famous golden beaches of St Ives.
