Caravan retreat

The small natural oasis is a place to unwind and recharge by the sea, an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of West Cork, the Wild Atlantic Way or for hikes on the Sheeps Head Trail. A 1980s camper that we have redecorated. It stands in our garden, from which you have a beautiful view of Dunmanus Bay. Enjoy the simple life and the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature. The space Please note: The trailer is a cozy simple accommodation without running water, without shower (however you can use a bathroom on the first floor of the main house - see info below) and without Wi-Fi (however the mobile network is very good). The camper has a kitchenette with electric 2-burner stove, mini fridge, toaster, kettle and basic dishes, cutlery, 2 pots and a pan. Tea bags and coffee are available. For cooler days there is an electric oil radiator as heating as well as warm blankets. Linens and towels are provided. The small bathroom contains a camping toilet and sink, but no running water. This is provided in a canister. For showering, the bathroom in the main house can be used by arrangement at certain times. The windows have roller blinds and mosquito nets, the two single beds are 195 x 80 cm in size, the standing height in the trailer is 190 cm. There is plenty of storage space for laundry and luggage as well as food. A car is essential as it is a 45-minute walk to the nearest village of Durrës. From there, there is a bus connection. Guest access The whole area around the caravan and the front garden is at your disposal with several seating options, sun and shade spots. The view from the stone bench over the bay and the hills is fantastically beautiful. We have 2 large dogs that are in a separate area, but will surely bark when you arrive. If you bring a dog, please dispose of the "legacies" in a garbage bag.
