Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay, as well as shared access to luxurious amenities including the outdoor pool, gym, and sauna. Additionally, pets are allowed, ensuring a memorable stay for furry friends as well. With Aster Pharmacy conveniently located on the ground floor, guests can easily access essentials during their stay. Other things to note ***Please note that there is ongoing construction near the apartment building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.*** As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest. We will be sending you a check wizard 1 day prior to your arrival to collect this information. As per security regulations the maximum number ID's accepted will be based on the maximum capacity of the property, no further guests will be allowed. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their IDs, and it is subject to security clearance. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of AED 2000 in case of violation. Additionally, a penalty of AED 1000 will be charged for any missing access cards.
