Country house

You will be welcomed in a self-built (straw wooden house). The furniture consists of old objects recovered, transformed. Your accommodation is located in the countryside, close to Langres, one of the most beautiful fortified cities in France, and close to two of the four lakes that surround the hilltop city. The space On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen and a small TV area. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed, plus a desk area and space with a new Simmons sofa bed. This house is designed to consume as little energy as possible, so there is the bare minimum in electrical equipment. The cooking appliances are gas with piezoelectric ignition. Hot water is produced by solar or gas, it is possible to switch manually at any time. Guest access You can use the entire living area as well as the extension of the terrace, which can be used as a garage for a vehicle or for bicycles. The garage part against the house remains at my disposal for beekeeping. Other things to note My cat, a white female, lives on site but is very independent. Being a beekeeper, I may go to pick up equipment in the garage part that is independent of the house. Summer honey will be extracted around July 6. I will be happy to show you this activity for free.
