This private unit is a cozy hideaway in the heart of Old East Village. Our historic building was built in the 1880’s and has been fully renovated with modern fixtures while leaving original elements such as the exposed brick wall. This unit features a full eat-in kitchen, full sized glass shower, queen sized bed, 50” TV, and dedicated workspace. Free parking on site, fiber optic internet, AC, & radiant heating. Located on major bus routes. The space Our property consists of two large yellow brick buildings, a large parking lot, protected behind a secure gate, and a shared laundry facility (free to guests). All buildings are fully secure and equipped with outdoor and hallway cameras for the security of all guests and the property. Guest access Guest will have access to their own personal unit, as well as access to all necessary gates and locks. Guests will also have access to a shared laundry facility and free parking for standard sized vehicles. Other things to note Our property is located in the heart of the historic Old East Village on a major bus route. We maintain a high level of security on our property. We are onsite daily, and available to help if needed.
