Room in a private apartment in the heart of the city

•Room with a double bed and a dresser. •Up to 2 people. •Bed warmer. •Shared bathroom (only with the owner) •I live with 2 dogs. (If you don't like them, please don't book). • One block from the Plaza de Armas. • Nearby there is everything, ATMs, supermarket, pubs, PDI, police, etc... you can walk around... it's safe. • Parking on the sidewalk of the house, it's safe and free. • There is no kitchen. • Before booking, please read the entire listing so that you don't complain later. The space -Apartment on the 2nd floor, very safe. - Half a block away is the Chacabuco overlook with a view of the stilt houses. -Less than a 10-minute walk from the municipal terminal. -The price is per person. -The house is old and simple, but I keep it very clean and tidy, and I also like it to be kept that way by the people who come. -I have 2 cute little dogs🐾. If you don't like animals, it's better to look for another place. -Check-in is at 2:00 PM, but it can be negotiable. - Check-out is at 11:00 am. Other things to note •The guest receives keys during their stay. • No problem with arrival times (during the stay I mean) • Less than a 10-minute walk from the municipal terminal. • Adhere to the check-out time (11:00 AM) • Keep the room clean. Do not leave suitcases on the bed, put your feet up with your shoes on, etc. Keep the bedding and the bathroom clean. - DO NOT wash clothes, much less leave them hanging in the bathroom. - Whatever you use in my house must be left the same, clean and tidy. Your things should be in your room. -Leave the bathroom dry and tidy. -Throw away your garbage, around the corner from the house there is a container, garbage is personal.
