It also comes well-equipped with all key modern amenities The space Mystique Ocean is blessed with a beautiful lush green view of the fields from the balcony during the monsoons. It is just the perfect place to be if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place, right next to the beach. It accommodates 2,3 adults, who are looking for a cozy, yet classy space close to the beachside. Whether you are looking to stay in and read your book while you sip your coffee as you watch the sunset or take a walk to the beach, this ocean-inspired space is for you. For all those of you who need to work while on holiday, worry not!!! We have a special workspace tastefully decorated just for you. Mystique Ocean comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Right from an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, Aqua Guard, kettle, cookware, cutlery, beer mugs, and wine glasses, to coffee and tea mugs. We surely didn’t miss out on a coffee/tea/cookie station for your sunset chai sessions. The home comes well-equipped with 2 Ac's, a smart TV, a wardrobe, and a cozy welcoming bed. For food worry not, there are numerous shacks, Indian restaurants, European restaurants, and local restaurants just walking distance away. In case our cozy home doesn’t make you want to step out for a meal, Swiggy and Zomato come to your rescue. All you need to do is collect your parcel from the main gate of the building and enjoy your meal in our lovely balcony. The house has one bathroom with an attached toilet and geyser, we make sure it is stocked with all you might need during your stay. From shower gel, shampoo, handwash, toothpaste, and toilet rolls to detergent. There is a washing machine, clothes drying rack, ironing board, and Iron at the house to your disposal. Lastly don't forget to take a dip in the turquoise blue scintillating pool and beat the heat here in Goa. Guest access Guests have access to both swimming pools the one below our complex and the one in the opposite block as well. Being located within a resort, it allows you easy access to the garden space and the clear turquoise blue pool. While heading to the pool you will have to mention the flat no FF-2 for the records of the complex as we take care of the charges for the same. Other things to note SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a security deposit of Rs. 10000 on or before check-in, which is refundable during check-out (subject to damages, breakages, non-compliance with house rules, smoking inside the house, etc). The security deposit for longer stays is higher! On payment of the security deposit, the LOCKBOX code will be provided. (INDIAN NATIONALS) - We would need a valid photo ID proof before your check-in via email, phone, or Airbnb. (FOREIGN NATIONAL) - We would need your passport and visa proof before your check-in via email, phone, or AirBNB, this is compulsory to comply with the homestay and AirBnB rules here in GOA. FREEBEES: Cookies, tea, and coffee for your Chai sessions. GAMES: Board Games to revive the child in you. Wi-Fi & Power backup enabled home. PARKING: Comfortable free parking space at the property. CLEANING: Cleaning can be arranged during your stay at a small fee of 400, as per your request. Do let us know in advance. FOOD DELIVERIES: Swiggy, Zomato, and other services are available, however, you will need to collect the parcel from the MAIN GATE. They are not allowed into the complex for security reasons. GROCERIES: Swiggy Instamart is operational here, and you can get groceries delivered to the property's main gate. The closest super stores are all a 5/10-minutes’ walk away!
