It has a unique cellar in perfect condition and integrated with the house, where you can have a glass of wine surrounded by century-old jars. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very cozy area with a dining room, kitchen and living room. Upon entering Villa Valeria, you will find a hall that leads to a dining and living room space, equipped with a solid wood round table for 6 diners and a very comfortable sofa with an armchair to enjoy a gathering or watch a movie on its 55-inch Smart TV. This space is designed so that you can see our extraordinary cave, which is integrated with the living room. We continue with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite recipes. At the back, there is a small patio that gives light to the room and has a washer/dryer with cleaning utensils/first aid kit, etc. When you go down to the cellar, you can delve into hundreds of years of history, with its large jars in perfect condition. We have also created an idyllic space for wine lovers, where you can have a few glasses of wine at our handmade table and on comfortable stools. Going up to the first floor, you will find two rooms equipped with air conditioning/heating and a Smart TV. You will also find a huge bathroom with a king-size shower. If we continue to the second floor, we find a large room with a private bathroom. There is also our first terrace with a table for 6, an "outdoor kitchen" service with a sink, refrigerator... and a private outdoor shower.
