A modern and stylish living space available for short let. First Floor: Includes the main living area, kitchen, and second bedroom/office space (with a double futon) and master bathroom. Second Floor: Master bedroom and en-suite shower room providing privacy and convenience. Guest access The property has been converted into 2 flats that share the main entrance door. You will have full access to the first floor flat. Other things to note All check-in and check-out times within office hours will be included within the price of the holiday let. Office hours as follows: Monday- Thursday: 8.45am-5:30pm Fridays: 9.00am-4.30pm Saturdays: 9.00am-3.00pm Check in from 3pm onwards, unless otherwise agreed. Luggage drop off is available during office hours, but please discuss this with us before hand. If Check In or Check Out is required out of office hours the guest will be liable to incur the following charges: Monday - Thursday: Before 9am and after 5.30pm - £50.00 per hour Friday: Before 9am and after 4.30pm - £50.00 per hour Saturday: Before 9am after 3.00pm - £50.00 per hour Sunday: £35 between 10.00am and 4.00pm – before 10.00am and after 4.00pm an extra £30 per hour Bank Holiday: £65 between 10.00am - 4.00pm – before 10.00am and after 4.00pm an extra £30 per hour Check In and Check Out between 19th December and 2nd January, will incur a £35 fee, between 10.00am - 4.00pm, and before 10.00am and after 4.00pm an extra £30 per hour. Check In and Check Out on December 24th / 25th / 26th / 31st and January 1st, will incur a £65 fee, between 10.00am - 4.00pm and before 10.00am and after 4.00pm an extra £30 per hour. Please note there will be a minimum charge of £35.00 if the check in/check out is less than one hour. An extra charge of £35 will be payable for any aborted appointments.
