Private cottage near Orange NSW

Whispering Moon Cottage is newly renovated and is part of the Black Sheep Inn property, only 10 minutes out of beautiful Orange NSW! This cosy cottage is filled with character, and with 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, it is comfortable and large enough for a small family or two couples. Groups staying in the nearby 5-bedroom Black Sheep Inn woolshed may wish to book the cottage if they need more bedrooms (see separate listing "Beautiful shearing shed, Orange" or our website). The space - Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and ensuite (with shower over a bathtub). - Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, and an ensuite (with walk-in shower and a washing machine). This is self catering accommodation and the rooms are not serviced on a daily basis. However, all linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. Also supplied are essentials such as tea, plunger coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, detergent and dishcloths. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, Miele dishwasher and plenty of cutlery, crockery, pans and pans. There is plenty of space to enjoy a meal around the beautiful dining table, and then relax in the lounge room with light pouring in from the Northern windows. You'll love the fireplace, with wood supplied during the winter months. Air-conditioning is also available in the living/dining room. We also offer free wifi, and plenty of free parking right near the cottage. A covered deck with BBQ overlooks gum trees and rolling hills, and is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down! Guest access The whole cottage is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, and you are welcome to take walks on our property. As is the nature of such buildings, this cottage is raised off the ground and there are 4 step steps to access the entrance. Other things to note Unfortunately we cannot accept pets, as we are on a working farm and due to allergies. We prefer that our facilities are for staying-guests only and we request that no parties or functions with non-staying guests are held here. Please be mindful that as we are in a rural environment, we do not have access to town water and rely solely on rainwater for drinking and showers. Registration Details Exempt
