The space The apartment is in the first self-sustainable building in Cochabamba! Surrounded by nature and standing out from afar, both during the day, with the large gardens and green walls, and at night, with the night lighting that covers the entire structure. The show begins upon arrival, with an invitation to an elegant place, which envelops you in a feast of natural colors and textures. After the elevator opens on the second floor, you can immerse yourself in another quiet space, with an internal square with benches and a central fountain. But the show goes on when you enter the apartment. You'll be able to highlight an exclusive and elegant decoration, with wood finishes, custom furniture and in harmony throughout the environment. A perfect combination of shape, color, and textures that further feeds your experience. The dining room is for 4 people and includes focused lighting through elegant lamps coming down from the ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as delicate details in the dishes, accessories and kitchen utensils designed for all the user's needs, including children. The bathroom maintains the same language of elegance with fine finishes. An imperceptible space opens between the walls to give rise to the laundry room where you will find a washing machine and all the necessary accessories. The apartment has two naturally lit bedrooms, equipped with the essentials so you can rest peacefully during a hot summer or a harsh winter. Bedroom 1 opens to the balcony, while bedroom 2 allows a direct connection to the patio, which gives you a new space for relaxation and recreation, with suitable outdoor furniture and a garden that embraces your stay and continues to add points to your experience. To complete a pleasant stay, the apartment has its own grill that will allow you to share with family or friends. The area is very safe and residential. Additionally, the building has security cameras and surveillance 24 hours a day. It is located 15 minutes from the Historic Center and 20 minutes from Jorge Wilstermann International Airport. Guest access When entering the building for the first time, you must register at the concierge by providing the full name of each guest in addition to their current official identification (CI, DNI or passport). If you enter with a vehicle, you must also provide the driver's full name, type of vehicle, and license plates. The Vehicle Remote Control will then be handed over at the concierge so that you can enter and exit the building independently. Other things to note If you don't bring a vehicle, you can get around with the Yango, InDriver, Taxi, and Urbano apps as some options. Alternatively, you can request a taxi from the concierge with the company that works with the building. You can also count on public transportation two blocks away and get around with the Cochala Guide app. For food delivery, it is advisable to request a motorcycle taxi to avoid higher costs. The apartment has 1 parking space located on the first floor. HOUSE RULES: * IF YOU COME BY VEHICLE: - Follow the flow of traffic by keeping to the right, with reduced speed and lights on. - Park only in the assigned space without going outside the yellow boundaries marked on the floor. - When leaving, leave the Vehicle Remote Control in Concierge (Cost for damage or loss: $30). * Do not cause problems in the building or break the Internal Rules of harmony and good coexistence. * Take out the trash and place it in the containers of the trash dump located in the basement. * Refrain from making noise after 10:00 PM (out of respect for the neighbors). * Do not damage the furniture and/or electrical equipment (may result in immediate cost). * Return the house as clean as possible. * Do not throw objects off the balcony. * Do not throw water or liquids in general off the balcony or down the drains (there are surveillance cameras directed towards that front, $30 fine) * No smoking inside the apartment ($30 fine) *No parties or events. * Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM (this is to ensure the cleanliness of the next incoming reservation). * For long stays (longer than 1 month), you may be asked for an extra cleaning fee per month. This will allow us to maintain our standards of cleanliness and sanitation. * No minor changes are accepted after the check-out date of the reservation. CLARIFICATION * Unfortunately, we are not liable for general failures of ELECTRICITY, WATER, GAS or INTERNET during the stay since they are failures attributable to the companies providing the services. * Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.
