• 30 min from Erquy The space 🏡 Renovated studio with a countryside view – between land and sea in Brittany Welcome to our southwest-facing stone building with unobstructed views of the countryside 🐮🐑 We have carefully renovated this accommodation and we hope you will feel as good there as we enjoyed creating it. ☀️ Bright main room of about 30 m² including: 🍽️ Table and 4 chairs 🛋️ Sofa 🛏️ 140×190 cm double bed with balanced comfort mattress 📚 Storage and shelves 📶 High-performance Wi-Fi (phone network varies depending on the operator) 📺 TV 🍳 Equipped kitchen: Fridge, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, microwave, pans, dishes and equipment for cooking with ease. 🚿 Large bathroom with spacious shower tray. 🪟 Electric shutter on the window + blackout curtains on the French window. 🌿 Private enclosed outdoor area: Picnic table, chairs and space for 1 car. 🚪 Please close the gate to avoid unexpected visits from animals in the neighborhood 🐄🐑🐕 💧 We are supplied by a natural spring. As a precaution, we cannot guarantee that the water is drinkable. A bottle of water will be offered to you upon arrival. 👶 We are also happy to welcome toddlers: baby equipment available upon request (baby bed, bathtub, booster seat, baby lounger, etc.). 🗺️ On-site: tourist information to discover the region.
