Guest access Guests are welcome to use two parking spots, the entire private guest house, river access, lush green lawns, and hot tub under a gorgeous night sky with the amazing sounds of nature and the river. Walk any part of the property and BLM land next door as well as the garden area. There is a gate located behind the unit that takes you out to the grassy path that leads to the river. It heaven on earth! Other things to note We just became empty nesters and want to share our private guest house and amazing property with you. It’s a dream of ours to someday turn our rental into a bed and breakfast..lunch and dinner! (I’m an amazing host and cook) Just testing the waters here and trying to lure in the fisherman who still love fishing the Trinity River.
