The Burrow

The Burrow is located just outside of Fredericktown, Ohio. The house is within an easy drive to Snow Trails, Ariel Foundation Park, Mohican State Park, Kenyon College, Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, Apple Valley Golf Course, and the Mid-Ohio Race Course. It's a great place to enjoy friends, for a retreat, to get away, read a book, or sit by a fire and relax. The space The Burrow is a 1,700 square foot, three bedroom, two bathroom rental, complete with two living areas with new TV’s, and an outside deck. The house was completely remodeled in 2024, and sits on 9 acres offering some seclusion and one fire area. The property remains a work in progress as we try to improve it since it was purchased in 2021. Guest access Guests may use the house, and the entire property with the exception of the garage, which is used for storage and kept locked. Other things to note Must be 25 years old to reserve with a positive review history.
