Enjoy our cottage year round. Firepit provided for enjoying the outdoors under the stars. We are located just down the road from the historic town of Britt and the full-service Marina. Local attractions feature the French River and Grundy Provincial Parks which are are both a short drive away as well as Killarney Provincial Park a little over an hour away which all provide some great local history and beautiful hiking. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage and property. There are several closets which contain house equipment and services which are locked and off limits, but guests have access to all other areas of the home. The sheds are also locked with no access. Other things to note - Sheets, pillows and blankets are provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels. - Our water system is lake water. Although there are two level filter system, we would not recommend drinking it. We recommend you bring drinking water. Culligan water dispenser available, please bring your own water jugs. - We don't have clear boundary with neighbour on the left rocks, please be advised that do not across the line in which BBQ Stove is situated. “No Party No Smoking ” rules. No loud music after 10:00 PM Please take away all the garbage after check out. It will be charged $100 if left garbage on the cottage.
