With sea views and just a short walk to the beach, Justashaq is a 2-storey holiday house at Marion Bay, within easy access to Willyama Beach and Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park. Justashaq is just a short 3-minute walk to the beach via a designated beach access walkway or along the street towards Willyama Beach. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired. Upstairs the master queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with show, vanity and toilet; plus a separate toilet. The main bathroom is downstairs with a bath, walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. There is reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in the upstairs living area and downstairs games room, with pedestal fans. The living area upstairs at Justashaq is spacious, and comprises the lounge, kitchen and dining spaces with direct access to a large balcony with sea views across the bay. In the lounge room is recliner and sofa seating, a large television (with USB & HDMI ports), Foxtel channels, DVD player and elliptical machine (cross trainer). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and stovetop, microwave, medium-sized fridge/freezer, bar fridge for drinks, and the house is fully on rainwater. There is a range of small kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster, SodaStream, airfryer, electric frypan and sandwich maker. For lovers of coffee, Justashaq has 2 Nespresso coffee machines, and guests will need to bring standard Nespresso compatible pods or Vertuo capsules to use. The large airconditioned games room downstairs has a wall-mounted television with built-in DVD player, and a range of DVDs are supplied. There are also books and board games for guests to enjoy. The games room has a range of games to keep all guests of all ages entertained during their stay, with an arcade tabletop game and PlayStation 2 (with controllers and games). The 3-in-1 games table has table tennis, 8-ball, and air hockey with table tennis bats, pool cues, balls and all games accessories. The upstairs balcony has bench and bar stool seating with sea views, and a Weber Q barbecue. Justashaq has a full laundry with front load washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Downstairs in the rear fenced yard is an undercover entertaining area with dining and seating, chair swing and hooded gas barbecue. There is also a fire pit, and guests will need to bring wood to use and check fire regulations. Pets are welcome inside at Justashaq by prior arrangement with Country Getaways. Just let the Country Getaways staff know when making a booking if you would like to bring a pet with you for your stay. For those fishing from the Marion Bay jetty or boat ramp, or joining a fishing charter, there are fish cleaning facilities in the back yard. There is off-street driveway parking for 3 cars and room for a boat, but guests do not have access to the garage. Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
