Perfect for a holiday or work. The space Freestanding cottage on a residential property. Private driveway and entrance. Large one bedroom cottage with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Full large kitchen. Outside seating and braai area. WiFi with backup electricity and water. Very central to shops and all Westville Schools. Small fenced secure garden where well behaved Pets are welcome. We have 3 dogs however they are on the opposite side of the property and have NO access to the Cottage Garden. Guest access Guest have use of the whole cottage and front garden. The white door off the kitchen is to remain closed unless in case of emergency. The back door leads to our private residence. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats on the property. If you do bring pets, the cottage garden is private and secure and our dogs have no direct contact with the cottage garden. Other things to note We live in the main house on the property however the cottage is very private with its own driveway and entrance so guest will have total privacy. The property can sleep 2 people in beds and one on a sleeper couch in the lounge.
