Our house is quiet and comfortable to enjoy the middle of the Nice countryside and only 30 minutes from the center of Nice and the beaches. It is large enough to accommodate a family or group of friends. The village of Tourrette-Levens is very nice and lively. Our neighborhood is peaceful and isolated but close to all amenities (all shops within walking distance). The space Our house is a large village house on 4 levels. On the ground floor there is a laundry room, a hall as well as a bedroom-office with a 160 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs a small kitchen and a living room overlooking a terrace. The second floor consists of a children's bedroom (single bed) and an adult bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. A bathroom and separate toilet. A balcony complements the master bedroom with stunning views and a glimpse of the sea. Finally, the top floor under the roofs is a large children's room with a 120 cm bed. All these floors are air-conditioned except for the ground floor where the temperature is better preserved in summer.
