On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen: oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine... Everything is designed to make you feel at home. The dining and living room area offers you a friendly moment with an LED TV, a wood-burning stove, and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, vanity unit and toilet. Upon arrival, the beds are made (excluding sofa bed). The necessities for these beds are in the sofa's storage space. One bath towel per person and a bath mat are also provided for the duration of your stay. Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace, a fully fenced garden with barbecue, four sun loungers to relax… and a recent above-ground pool (depth: 1.22 meters), ideal for cooling off during the sunny days. --- 🏊‍♂️ Pool — Information and instructions: Unsupervised access: children must be constantly supervised by an adult. Use at your own risk. Access prohibited to the technical part (technical room, pump, filtration, etc.). The pool is equipped with a connected heat pump, adjusted remotely. Any attempt at manipulation or alteration is automatically reported and may be invoiced. An ICO (connected water analyzer) is permanently floating in the pool: Do not play with it. Do not take it out of the water. Any damage or prohibited manipulation will be charged. To ensure the quality and safety of the water, we reserve the right to intervene at any time during your stay to carry out: Passage of the pool vacuum, Water checks, Treatment adjustments (chlorine, pH, etc.). We make sure that these interventions are discreet and do not disturb your peace of mind. Raise the ladder after each swim if children are present. Please take a quick shower before entering the pool. Don't leave any toys or floating objects in the pool outside of swimming hours. The water is treated and checked regularly. --- 📶 Other information: 4G Wi-Fi is available. If the package is exceeded before its monthly renewal date, no compensation can be requested. All the amenities of the house are at your disposal and must be returned in good condition. The cleaning package includes bed linen and cleaning of the bathrooms. The kitchen and living room must be left clean before you leave, otherwise a surcharge may be charged. Guest access the entire house is accessible to our guests. Other things to note Vehicle parking A vehicle can be parked in the common courtyard, taking care not to interfere with the access or movement of other residents. If you come with a second vehicle, please park it in the parking lot located right in front of the house, taking care not to occupy the spaces reserved for the hairdressing salon.
