The country house in Giulianova

The house is located in the countryside adjacent to the city center, just a 10-minute drive from the magnificent beach of Giulianova. The house is ideal for a quiet vacation away from the noise and parking problems, a strategic point for discovering Abruzzo. The space It is a house on two floors just renovated and equipped with all comforts. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with sofa bed, TV area, table for 4 people with kitchen area complete with stove, fridge, oven and dishwasher. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with a private balcony, a second bedroom with a pull-out bed for one or two people, and a bathroom with a large shower. We provide a barbecue area on the ground floor that you can use for your barbecues! Guest access The property is part of a detached house with a private entrance. Other things to note The house is equipped with dishes, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, towels and sheets for guests. You'll also find all the breakfast comforts!
