Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Modern and beautifully located cottage in a scenic area with stunning views of Flensborg Fjord. The house and surroundings form the perfect setting for a lovely vacation for guests who want to stay in some of Denmark's most beautiful nature, only 200 meters from the beach and the Gendarmstien. The house is privately located at the end of a closed road and offers, among other things, a sauna, wood stove, modern kitchen and bathrooms, as well as 4 good beds. A small pet is welcome. The space We love our summer house and take good care of it, which we also expect from our guests. The common areas in the area are for free use. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times and leftovers picked up and taken home in the trash. Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. If the accident should be out and something breaks, let the landlord know right away. The house is intended for 6 people and no more guests are allowed to stay either inside or outside the house. There are duvets and pillows in the house for 6 guests, the tenant brings their own bed linens, towels, dish towels and cloths. It is not possible to rent bed linen and towels. There is ChromeCast connected to TV and Wifi, which can be streamed from the mobile phone. Own streaming services, or from own TV provider. There is no TV package. Upon departure, the house must be tidy, outdoor furniture put in their place and the grill must be cleaned. Consumption of electricity and water is charged separately. Electricity: SEK 3.50/kWh Water: 85 DKK/ m3 It will be read upon arrival and departure. The amount goes in the envelope, along with the reading and left on the kitchen counter. Guest access Our guests can move freely throughout the grounds, as well as have access to lovely common areas including playground, beach and bathing pier. Ball games are only allowed in the green areas, on the playground and on the ball court.
