Newly renovated cozy studio close to NYC

Cozy spacious private bedroom with a huge attached bathroom. This is a basement bedroom in my own home and has been newly renovated. There is a huge brand new flat screen TV and a working desk. I also have a small kitchenette with a hot plate and coffee machine. My home is located close to Saw Mill parkway, and about 40 mins away from Manhattan. There is no separate entrance, however you can enter from the yard at the back of the house if needed.
