A truly unique opportunity to have a paired back experience in a bush setting and see wildlife at your doorstep. Enjoy the outdoor bath under the stars.A basic kitchenette and shower room/eco toilet will mean you can still have those essentials to get up and explore Hobart. Quality bedding, feather down doona , robes and indoor fire make for cosiness+ The space Welcome to The Ranch..Where everything slows down and steps back in time..It's a special place for retreat, renewal and peacefulness. Please note we live on the property in the homestead and there is also a Tiny house situated privately on the property. Each home and the tent have their own private area . So we do ask you don't wander from your tent area . The terrain is also steep and dangerous so walking beyond the site area is not permitted. There are many great bush walking spots around Hobart and we have also included them in our guide😊. Please note we do not provide Wifi as part of a paired back experience and the toilet is a cartridge toilet . Also please note due to proximity to the bush there can be NO camp-fire outdoors under any circumstances.... Other things to note Our property is only 12 mins away from a major city so please be aware whilst you are in a bush setting you will hear some distant road noise . We provide complimentary disposable ear plugs to remedy this... There is also no wifi provided and no TV and the toilet is an eco one . The toilet/shower and kitchenette are not in the tent but a few metres from the tent. Please also note there is strictly NO outdoor fire allowed due to high bushfire risk and proximity to bushland.
