The house is located inside the development and faces the pedestrian walkway that goes down to the beach, away from the street and car traffic. The house has a double bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190). Both have large built-in closets. The bedrooms are very bright and have nice views of the community's tropical gardens. The house also has a second bathroom. Both bathrooms have a heater and a hairdryer. The separate kitchen has all the utensils taken care of to the smallest detail (complete set of pots and pans, 2 complete dishes, 2 sets of cutlery and complete glassware) and all the appliances you will need: microwave, oven, Italian coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker, kettle, toaster, blender, pastry blender and iron. The kitchen has a large cupboard to store all the purchases you need for your stay. The kitchen leads to a large attached laundry room that has a washing machine, dryer, clothesline and ironing board. The living room has two comfortable sofas with reclining headboards for 4 seats. In the dining area there is a large glass table so that the whole family can eat together. The room is very bright. In the TV cabinet you can find board games to spend great family moments. We also provide a small selection of books for adults and children. The terrace has a table set and 4 garden chairs overlooking the gardens and the promenade that goes down to the beach. For your safety, it also has a smoke detection system installed (we remind you that smoking is not allowed) and there is a fire extinguisher. The house is located in one of the most beautiful and green developments in Costa Ballena, a 10-minute walk from the beach (800 meters) and with direct connection by the bike path (5 minutes). Both in the same development and on the beach you will find bike parking so you can leave yours with total comfort and safety. You will also have access to the garage storage room to store your bikes inside. The Costa Ballena lakes park is very close, so you can take relaxing walks at sunset. If you like to eat or dine out or have a drink with good music, a 15-minute walk along the beach is the area of beach bars and clubs of Tres Piedras, the most famous in Chipiona. You can also reach it by walking or biking from the development (go down footbridge no. 1). Costa Ballena is very well located in the northern part of the Cadiz coast. You will have the garage storage room available so you can store your bikes. The development has several bicycle parking lots (one next to the house's entrance). These parking lots can be found throughout Costa Ballena, not just at the beach entrances. This way, you can move around the entire town without having to move the car from the garage.
