Cocò House is a fully renovated and well-equipped attic used as tourist accommodation, located in the center of the Riviera dei Limoni, in Scillichenti, a pretty and served hamlet of Acireale, in the province of Catania, 1 km from Stazzo beach and 2.6 km from Santa Tecla beach. The space Cocò House is an air-conditioned accommodation and is located on the second floor of a small independent building: the apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed, a bathroom with a large 120 x 70 cm shower, and a small terrace. Available to guests are a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, oven, washing machine. Guests can also enjoy free wi-fi, netfix, high chair, baby cot and a parking space located inside the property. For a small extra daily fee, you can request: beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and Mount Etna. The apartment has all the services within walking distance: pizzerias, bars, grocery stores, pharmacy, post office, bus stop. Guest access The strategic location of the accommodation is able to meet all the needs of couples and families: it is only 900 meters from the beach of Stazzo and 14 km from Fondachello di Mascali. Just 50 meters away is the bus stop that connects to Acireale, famous for its baroque monuments, to Giarre and Riposto. The famous Acitrezza, Acicastello, Catania, Giardini Naxos and Taormina are also easily accessible, as well as Etna and Zafferana for mountain lovers. Other things to note It is mandatory to collect on site the tourist tax of €2 per night for each guest, up to the 5th day , children and children up to 15 years old are exempt from it.
