It is a modern and cozy one-room apartment, accommodating two adults and an infant under two years old. The open living area is furnished with stylish, modern furniture that invites for relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals. The comfortable double bed ensures a restful night's sleep, and a baby cot is also available upon request. The modern bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower. Enjoy the fresh air on the 12 square meter private terrace – perfect for outdoor breakfasts or a relaxed evening. A parking space is available, and there is a separate, lockable room for your sports equipment, such as bikes and skis. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to wash your bikes after a fun trail ride. The apartment is situated in a quiet location at the edge of the forest and is about a 10-minute walk from Lake Ossiach. Despite its peaceful setting, it is centrally located, so that all restaurants and supermarkets can be reached within a short walking distance. There is also a train station in town, allowing you to conveniently reach all destinations without a car. The Gerlitzen lift station is only an 8-minute drive away. Villach can be reached by car in 20 minutes, and Klagenfurt in 35 minutes. Italy and Slovenia are about 30 minutes away via the highway. Our apartment is the perfect starting point for a variety of outdoor and cultural activities.
