Welcome to our newly renovated apartment on Lake Ossiach. On your private terrace you can relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the forest and the cheerful chirping of birds. The apartment is located at the foot of our local mountain Gerlitzen and is only a 10-minute walk from the lake. The accommodation thus offers the perfect starting point for all outdoor activities, whereby especially mountain bikers get their money's worth through the diverse range of trails. The space Your accommodation is located on the first floor of our residential building and comprises approx. 30 square meters. It is a modern and cozy one-room apartment and can accommodate two adults and one toddler under two years. The open plan living area is equipped with stylish, modern furniture that invites you to relax. A fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking and enjoying your meals. The comfortable double bed ensures a good night's sleep, and a crib is also available if needed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower. Enjoy the fresh air on the 12 sqm private terrace – perfect for an outdoor breakfast or a relaxing evening. A parking space is available and for your sports equipment there is a separate lockable bike and ski room. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to wash the wheels after a fun trail ride. The apartment is located in a quiet location on the edge of the forest and is approx. 10 minutes' walk from Lake Ossiach. And yet so central that within a very short time all restaurants and supermarkets can be reached on foot. There is also a train station in the village, which means that all destinations can be easily reached even without a car. The Gerlitzen lift station is an 8-minute drive away. Villach can be reached in 20 minutes by car and Klagenfurt in 35 minutes. In Italy and Slovenia, you can reach the highway in about 30 minutes. Our apartment is therefore the perfect base for a variety of outdoor and cultural activities.
