This apartment is located in a modern building built in 2022. The apartment is on the second floor and has an elevator, so you don't need to climb any stairs to access the accommodation. INTERNET: MOVISTAR FIBER OPTIC internet with excellent coverage and speed. PARKING: There is a private parking lot inside the building. This parking is subject to availability as it is shared with other apartments (including Airbnb). Please inquire when booking. It has an additional cost of $15,000 per night. BALCONIES: This apartment has a balcony right next to the bed with an exterior view. You'll enjoy the mountain breeze in the afternoons and evenings.
