Grey Gum Cabin

Relax in the peaceful surroundings of Mudgee wine country. An ideal location to unwind after a day of wine farm exploration, the Grey Gum is an off-grid cabin set on 25 acres of untouched bushland. Close to the picturesque country town of Mudgee, the Grey Gum cabin offers self-catering accommodation within easy reach of local amenities and attractions like the Mudgee observatory and Windeyer pub. There is another identical cabin, Protea, on the property also available. The space The cabins sit behind the existing house on the property, set up to be fully off grid. We utilise rain water, solar power and a backup generator for all our needs. The property is an ongoing project, but the bushland is untouched and it is the perfect place to escape the city.
