Kick back and relax in a top modern environment. Newly built pool house with access to pool and barbecue area. The pool house has a full kitchen with a loft double bed and sofa bed. Room for 4 people. When you rent the accommodation, you have private access to the pool. The pool is heated up to 3 degrees Celsius. There is a complete outdoor kitchen. Fire place with 25 seats. The accommodation is a stone's throw from Malmö, Lund, Lomma and Åkarp. 3 minutes by train to central Malmö and Lund. There are bicycles to borrow and free car parking. The space Studio with living room, full kitchen and loft with double bed. Also sofa bed. Air conditioning Guest access Guest house, pool, outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, fireplace, 25 seats.
