1 hour from PARIS by train, Nice family house with garden, located in an alley in the city center. Quiet and peaceful, close to public transport, Fleury SNCF train station (15-minute walk) and Orléans SNCF train station (20-minute walk). This is my personal home. You will enjoy a modern and warm interior and a sunny terrace. A supermarket is located at the entrance to the alley. Bus no. 5 or 4 will take you to the heart of the city in 5 minutes. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, toilet, small laundry area, 2 double bedrooms, and the entire garden and terrace. You will also have the option to park your car in the garden. Other things to note This is my personal home, so you'll find some everyday items, personal belongings in the cupboards, and some non-perishable food left in the fridge.”
