This spacious and private studio offers an easy, comfortable stay just moments from Gisborne’s town centre. Ideal for couples, business travellers, or workers, the studio is well set up for both short and longer stays, with practical amenities and convenient parking. Located close to the river walkway, guests can enjoy a pleasant walk into town while still having a quiet, self-contained space to return to. The space The studio is open-plan and generously sized, providing a relaxed and functional layout. Layout (required format): Bedroom 1 – king bed The kitchenette includes a hot plate, microwave, and essential cooking equipment (no oven). A combined washer/dryer, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board are provided for longer stays. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity. There is no bath. A portable cot is available on request. Please note that linen is not provided for the cot. Heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV are provided. Guests will need to use their own streaming accounts. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the studio and private outdoor area. Entry is via a smart lockbox for easy self check-in. There is one off-street car park suitable for a small vehicle, plus one on-street space suitable for a larger vehicle. There are no stairs, making access straightforward. Guest check-in & verification Guests must provide photo ID and complete a short guest agreement before check-in. Selfie verification is required for all first-time guests. A $150 off-portal security hold applies to first-time guests (waived for returning guests). Check-in details are provided once verification is complete, and must be submitted before 5pm the day before arrival. Early or late check-in may be available for an additional fee.
