The space The accommodation consists of two large bedrooms, a large equipped living room-kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet, as well as a relaxation room with lounge chair and fitness bike. You will find branded amenities: 2 beds 160 x 200 (linens provided), 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher, 1 espresso machine, 1 oven, 1 gas cooktop, 1 microwave, 1 refrigerator and freezer, 1 electric kettle, toaster. 1 Samsung 4k LED TV, 65 inches diagonal 163 cm. A nap is recommended in the hammock located on the small balcony, unless you prefer to enjoy a good coffee on the large balcony... Guest access At the foot of a pretty mountain and offering an unobstructed view of a pleasant green courtyard, the apartment is close to shops: A pharmacy, post office, supermarket, gas station and bakery are a 3-minute walk away. By car, it will only take you 5 minutes to get to the Chamnord shopping center, as well as to the highways (towards Lyon, Albertville, Grenoble...). Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget are 20 minutes away, and the Féclaz and Revard resorts are 35 minutes away. Other things to note As the apartment is located in the heart of a quiet residence, parties are strictly forbidden and noise is reduced after 10pm. The apartment is entirely non-smoking. Two balconies will welcome you, however, for a cigarette break. This apartment does not allow pets.
