Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars. The space The property has a well appointed ground floor living and dining area, with an understairs cupboard area for storage and underfloor heating throughout the whole ground floor. The shared backyard is accessible through the rear glass doors and there is a small seating area to the left of the doors. There is shared rear access to the property through a side gate to the right of the rear doors. Inside, the stairs lead up to a small landing with a large built in cupboard and the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a large king size bed and an area for hanging and storing clothes. The smaller second bedroom can be set up with either a small single bed, 2 small single beds or a king bed. This room also has a small space for hanging and storing clothes. In the bathroom you'll find a toilet, a walk in shower and a small basin. There is ample storage space, as well as a double rack behind the door for hanging towels. There is a large LED anti-fog mirror mirror with interchangeable lighting tones and a shaving point. Underfloor heating in the bathroom is set to turn on in the mornings and evenings only. Out the front you will find enough parking for up to 3 cars. Guest access The area directly outside the rear of the property and to the end of the large raised patio has been appointed for your use and our 2 children will try not encroach into this space. We are happy for you to use the entire backyard however ask that you refrain from using the large raised patio or going beyond the back of the large shed. If you wish to store pushbikes in our secure shed, please let us know and we can arrange for this. Other things to note We have an additional trundle bed with single mattress and bed linen which can be provided for an additional 15 pounds a night.
