Recently renovated! Escape to our luxurious oceanfront condo “Donde el Pacifico toca el Horizonte” in Rosarito. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the 10th floor, with a pool, jacuzzi, and private beach access. It has 2 rooms, that’s perfect for families or friends. Conveniently situated close to downtown Rosarito, you'll have easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Your coastal getaway awaits! The space At this oceanfront condo you can enjoy two spacious rooms perfect for family and friends to share. You have a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed along with a bunkbed in the second bedroom. The property includes two pools, two Jacuzzis, a fully equipped gym, and a private beach access for those that like to enjoy the waves and peaceful walks in the mornings with your toes in the sand. Guest access You can use the whole condo at your pleasure. We do have one closet that is locked up only for own own cleaning supplies. We make sure to stock our condo prior to your arrival. Other things to note Please Note: The HOA at the community charges a base minimum of $35.00 per stay plus an additional $5 per person per stay. (example: 4 person booking would be a total of $35 + $20 = $55) If you want to bring an additional vehicle, you will need to register it as well and pay an additional $35.00 for that vehicle. When arriving, they will request this payment. They also require we fill out a form that advises them of who will be arriving, what vehicle they are driving and a photo of it, a picture of the principal guests ID, and the check in/check out date so they know who is at the property for the safety of yourself and the community. Once booked, we will send you over the form to fill out and return. You can pay the HOA security upon arrival.
