This villa has 2 levels On the second level you will find three beautiful and spacious bedrooms, two of which offer stunning views of the pool. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen bed, air conditioning and private bathroom, while the two secondary bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds and bunk beds, all equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there is a shared full bathroom for the secondary bedrooms. On the first level of the villa, you will find a living room, dining room and kitchen, all designed with air conditioning for your comfort. There is also a half bath on the first level and another half bath in the pergola area, for guest convenience. As an additional, we will also be providing you with 1 Bluetooth speaker for use during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from dishes and cutlery to pots and pans. Our team carries out cleaning tasks every morning to keep the beach in the best possible condition for our visitors. Other things to note 🚨IMPORTANT: - Any modification in dates or cancellation can be made up to 5 days before the check in date. - On the road that leads to the accommodation you will find a stretch of dirt road, which in winter can be a bit complicated. However, it is completely passable and there is no problem for any vehicle. - In the rainy season, take into account that sometimes the beach may not be in a usable condition. - The cleaning fee that is paid in the reservation corresponds to the cleaning before and after your reservation. - Any request for early check in or late check out must be requested through Airbnb.] - Reservations outside of Airbnb are not accepted. - Any modification request or requirement must be made with your host through Airbnb. - Upon check-in you will be given 1 speaker which is the only one authorized for use in the property.
