Apartment in a workshop

We provide a small apartment in the heart of a village, in the Biros, inside a 500 m2 building converted into a workshop. The ground floor consists of the workshops, and on the first floor there are two rooms: living room/kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed, a small bathroom and toilet on the landing. On the third floor, there is our home where we live year-round. The apartment is self-catering with all the comforts for cooking. We will be happy to give advice on hikes in the surrounding area. The space This apartment was our home for two years, while the work was being done on the upper floor of our current home. This is a fully functional living space that we regularly use to host family and friends. The apartment is small and has one bedroom with a double bed. To accommodate a child, it is possible to add a mattress in the bedroom or in the living room. Equipment for children and babies is available: we ourselves have a 4-year-old girl and a 9-month-old baby. We wanted to keep the period style of the rooms before the work, in order to preserve a cozy place rather than a "show apartment". The comfort is simple and may seem spartan if you are looking for hotel-style services. All the cooking essentials are provided, and a refrigerator is available on the ground floor. **What to know before your stay:** The apartment is located above our workshops. Access is therefore via the workshops and then the stairs. A glass section of the apartment overlooks the stairwell. We live there, so we may cross paths during your stay. We remain available if needed, while respecting your peace of mind. These features are part of the character of the place: we prefer to present them clearly so that you can book knowing exactly what to expect. Guest access To access the accommodation located on the first floor, you will have to go through our workshop. You will of course have your own keys and will be completely independent during your stay. Upon your arrival, the exterior of the building, made of cinder blocks, may surprise you: the interior, however, is furnished in a warm and authentic style, preserving the original character of the place. Other things to note The village of Sentein is located in the Biros Valley, it is a popular place for hiking, the surrounding nature is very beautiful, we will be happy to share with you our knowledge of the surrounding places. There's a grocery store in the village that's great for finding something to eat, they also have a coffee shop/bar. It is open from Tuesday to Saturday, until 7 p.m.
