Only 2 miles to downtown Bellefonte. This is a perfect place to stay for sporting events, concerts, arts festivals & more in the area. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The space Modern spacious QUEEN BED SUITE (with room for a portable twin bed). Amenities include microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, Smart TV, hairdryer. Outdoor patio in a very peaceful neighborhood. Parking in the front driveway. Sorry, no pets allowed. No parties. No smoking/vaping. Not suitable for young children or vehicles over 20'. Guest access Stone walkway to private patio entry with Smart keypad lockset. Other things to note No RV or over 20’ vehicle parking permitted. One parking space allotted on the “right hand side” of the double driveway. No street parking permitted. All Association rules apply. Quiet time 10pm. Conveniences nearby include Giant and Aldi supermarkets, Sheetz, Rutters, Dunkin Donuts, electric vehicle charging, and many restaurants. House Rules:
