Canal Creek Suite - 3 min to Starved Rock

Discover comfort and convenience in our cozy Canal Creek Suite. This second-floor unit features a private bedroom with a king bed and a separate living room with a queen pull-out sofa. The living area also includes a dining table and wet bar with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig, perfect for quick bites and morning coffee. Please note: the suite has a wet bar only and does not include a full kitchen. NOTE: Some reviews mention breakfast which we are NOT serving at this time. The space We are located just a few minutes down the road from Starved Rock and one block from downtown Utica and are part of a 9 unit vacation rental complex known as Landers House and Lodging. Experience Utica's quaint downtown with the main road Mill St closed from May to September for outdoor dining and live entertainment. Guest access This is a private 1 bedroom suite is on the second floor of the house. There is a courtyard that may be accessed through the fence gate. Our building has lots of charm but, as an older property, some sound may travel between units. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise and appreciate your understanding! The only shared space on the property is an outdoor courtyard. There is NO shared kitchen or living space.
