Construction Updates Resort elevators modernization will occur August 1, 2026, through July 1, 2027. Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. General Property Updates Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S Virgin Island’s “Environmental/ Infrastructure Impact Fee” on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee of $25 for each timeshare villa occupied by an Owner or an exchange guest. There is a package handling fee of $5 per package per day. On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations. Durable Medical Equipment If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. Shuttle Service to Buoy Haus & Frenchman’s Reef For your convenience, there is a complimentary shuttle that transports Frenchman’s Cove Owners and guests to Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort at Frenchman's Reef, Autograph Collection and The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef. The shuttle leaves directly from the Frenchman's Cove Main Lobby. As you enjoy their restaurants and the public beach, please be advised that Frenchman’s Cove Owners & guests are not permitted to use the pools or other hotel amenities. It is best to plan your travel between the resorts accordingly as this complimentary service has a specific schedule and does not operate outside of the scheduled times.
