Our two bedroom house is full equipped with a living, kitchen and dining room. There is also a small business space with a desk. Guest access The entire house is yours to use. Other things to note This accommodation is a terrace house located in a residential neighborhood. Private homes are directly adjacent on both sides, and local residents live nearby. As the property shares walls with neighboring houses, voices and everyday living sounds may carry easily. Please be especially considerate of noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please separate your trash properly and dispose of it in the designated area. Under Japanese law, all guests are required to submit guest information. If smoking is detected, a cleaning and deodorization fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. Any damage or loss of furniture, equipment, or amenities will be charged at actual cost. Lost items may not be shipped. If shipping is requested, shipping costs plus a ¥2,000 handling fee apply. Items will be disposed of if no contact is made within one week. Items left behind that cannot be clearly identified as personal belongings will be treated as trash and disposed of. Special disposal may incur additional charges.
