Bienvenido a nuestro paraíso! 28 mins from Cobano airport in the gated community of Los Delfines is our two-storey Villa w 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath, private patio, pool & gazebo. The community: ~10 min walk to a 8 km beach w El Rancho restaurant bar, #2 rated 9-hole course, clubhouse tennis & basketball (BYOE), full-size pool, restaurant and grocery store! Enjoy the flora & fauna, Tropical wildlife, Macaw sanctuary & sea turtle watch. Any activity you want to do is within a 35 min drive, or boat ride! The space Amenities: • AC in every bedroom & main floor. • Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, stove top oven, blender, hard case cooler, and rice cooker • Cable TV, unlimited highspeed fiber optic 60 Mbps WiFi, 55" LG Smart TV downstairs, 40" LG TV w chromecast in Master Bedroom • Laundry (W&D), linens & 4 beach towels, hair dryer, 1 hammocks, 30 cm (H) x 30 cm (D) x 60 cm (L) lockable cupboard will fit larger items. The private backyard features a 1.5 m deep wading pool, Gazebo and outdoor shower all surrounded by multi palms & limoncilla which creates a fully private enclosed yard with a 1.8 m tall wooden gate. There is also a large patio with a propane-fueled BBQ (you don't have to worry about filling the tank!), patio set & lounge furniture. Guest access The entire house, with the exception of 3 locked cupboards will be available for Guest use. One lockable cupboard is provided for Guests. a minimum of 4 days rental is required during Holidays. Other things to note • All guests staying at the villa must provide a Passport, or Government issued I.D. in order to be allowed past the Main Security Gate. • If you wish to use the Tennis, or Basketball courts you will have to provide your own equipment for these activities. • The villa is approximately a 15 minute leisurely walk to the beach •a minimum of 5 days stay is required during Holidays
