Exit to the south-facing wooden terrace. Calm and you will have the sound of birds in the morning at breakfast! On the ground floor: 1 large kitchen open to the living room equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso) On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms each equipped with 1 double bed (140 cm - 190 cm) Bathroom with bath/shower, 2 sinks Upstairs: 1 master suite equipped with a double bed (160 cm - 200 cm) and a large dressing room Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, private toilet of the master bedroom 1 large attic living room including TV (Canal+ channels + international TV channels via fiber) Xbox available and Blu-ray player Free. Other things to note The house is 600 m from the center of Lanhouarneau, 5 km from the center of Plounévez-Lochrist, quiet location, 8 km from the sea and sandy beaches. A grocery store in the village of the commune will offer you the small food shortages. There is a bakery in the village, a bar/ tobacco shop too. Shops: The nearest shops are 9 km away (town of Lesneven). Brest is 25 km away. Monday morning market: Lesneven (8 km) The market is nice and well stocked every Monday morning (I recommend 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 😋😍). It's very authentic😉! Wednesday morning market: Plouescat (9 km) Friday morning market: Brignogan-Plages (12 km) Sunday market on Sunday: Kerlouan (13 km) There are water activities offered, kite, sailing, sand yachting in Plounéour-Trez, Plouescat and Brignogan-Plages. They are all supervised. Go ahead, it's a great spot to try out👀👍 water sports!
