Stay in this beautifully rehabbed and updated 1930s country farmhouse nestled on 75+ acres of the old St. Helens Golf Course. Enjoy the new Disc Golf Course - "The Roots", which shares a parking lot with the rental. Whether you’re here to relax, play, or explore, this unique getaway offers the perfect blend of history, nature, and outdoor fun! The space Built in 1934ish, the home was completely renovated in 2024. Still kept some original features including built-in buffet. The main bedroom on the first floor (queen) with two bedrooms upstairs (one full, one has 2 twins). Please be aware that the stairs to second floor are steep and the full bathroom on main floor is small, remember: old farm house vibe. ◡̈ Minutes to Highway 30 with convenient access to groceries, restaurants, and the Columbia River. It's an easy trip to Portland, OR if you want big city events and then retreat to the country for a relaxing slumber. Owner is in the long process of planning the course and property redevelopment, so some adjacent activities may be occurring weekly which will be communicated. Started in March of 2025, there is an operational disc golf course (The Roots) on the remainder of the property. The parking lot will be used for this activity, but the house and yard will remain private. All renters have free access to the disc golf course! Guest access Enter through gate, which is unlocked. Parking behind the house, gravel drive. Entire property is accessible with the exception of the locked buildings on property. Other things to note We have no central AC at this time. We have portable AC units both upstairs and downstairs that do the trick.
