This comfortable and bright apartment is located between Barrio Sur and Palermo, two blocks from the Rambla and close to Centro and Ciudad Vieja. The space It is a quiet recycling made up of 5 apartments. Our apartment is located on a first floor, with front view and windows in all spaces. It has a formidable rooftop with grill and the necessary utensils to encourage you to prepare a Uruguayan-style asado. Its environments are spacious, ventilated and very bright but it also has curtains to give you privacy (and Black Out in the bedroom in case you need a real break). It is fully equipped, so you can enjoy your stay comfortably. Guest access It has several shops to buy groceries such as fruit shop, salon, rotiseria, pizzeria and supermarket in the neighborhood of the block. If you are going to the popular Avenida 18 de Julio you can find different gastronomic and commercial alternatives; and if you go to Cordón Soho, varied options of cafes and bars to enjoy the sunset and the Montevidean night.
