View | Twin Bed w/ Private Bath & Entry Awaits

Private entrance, room, and bathroom! No kitchen but we do provide a mini fridge, microwave, dishes, and the things to live simply. The view is great and super easy to find. NO TV … because why hang in front of the TV when you are in Homer?!…but we do have WiFi. Please no pets, but we do love them! The space We live upstairs and my husband's garage is on the main level (where the rental rooms are located). There is a covered area outside of both rooms. We have a chase lounge chair for the yard (for sunny days) and four standard outside chairs under the covered deck (for rainy days). Each set of outdoor chairs has a table for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. Often you will see sandhill cranes in our yard. Please do NOT approach these magical creatures as they are actually quite territorial. Please park anywhere we are not uptight about assigned parking. Be careful on the paved brick walkway to your room(s) as it has uneven edges. Guest access There is a private entrance in the rear of the house. We have a keyless pad to get in. It is easy to arrive and leave without any impact on us or other guests. During your stay Message us with any questions or problems at anytime. If you are not getting a response, please knock on our door. We are determined to help you have the best stay possible. Other things to note We do have a dog. We go outside when he is outside. His name is Magnum and you can’t miss him (107 pounds).
