Nestled in the serene countryside of Begijnendijk, this charming house exudes tranquility with its peaceful surroundings. Surrounded by lush greenery, the house boasts a cozy atmosphere that welcomes you with open arms. The different terraces invite you to unwind and bask in the beauty of the countryside. Enjoy our hot tub or just relax in our lounge at the pond. Inside, the interior is filled with warm natural light filtering through large windows, illuminating the furnishings and modern décor. The space Your room: The room is located on the upper floor and has a double bed (king size bed). There is plenty of space to store clothes or other belongings. The room is 21m2. IMPORTANT: As landlords, we live in the house. Only the guest room is rented out and becomes the tenants' private domain during the rental period. The rest of the house is communal or off-limits (landlords' bedrooms). Bathroom (shared): The house has only 1 bathroom. This is therefore shared with the hosts. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a toilet and a wide sink. Living space: Both on the upper floor and on the ground floor you have a living space. The living space on the upper floor is not used by the hosts, so can be used exclusively by guests (if desired). On the ground floor you have a spacious living space, with lots of sunlight (many windows and doors). In the kitchen you have a fridge, oven, microwave, electric stove, kettle, airfryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. These can be used by guests. There is the possibility to eat in the kitchen (room for 4 people). Next to the kitchen you also have the living room with a wide sofa (seating for 6-8 people). The smart tv may be used as well by the guests (Netflix and Disney+ are available). The WiFi modem is also present here. Adjacent to the living room, you also have the dining room. Here there is room for 6-8 people at the table. In a connecting room next door, you also have a desk, which can serve as a workspace if needed. Annex space: In the utility room you will find another beverage refrigerator, as well as a washer and dryer. Guests may use these. There is also a toilet next to the utility room. Garden: We have an enclosed garden (hedges), which really gives you the feeling of being in nature. In addition to a hot tub, we also have a lounge, where it is pleasant to sit, relax and have a nice overview of the garden. In terms of animals, we have a pond with lots of goldfish. We also have 1 cat (Vic) which you will encounter during your stay. On the south side of the house you can have lunch and diner under the grape vines, on a separated terrace. Parking: There is parking space at the house. You can park on the driveway, as well as in front of the house (on the grass, on the stones). Surroundings: You stay here in a beautiful quiet environment, surrounded by fields and horse pastures. Along the house is a bicycle route, so avid cyclists can enjoy themselves here. Guest access Basically, almost all rooms are shared (other than the hosts' dressing room and bedroom => private, since we live in the house). Of course, it goes without saying that the bedroom rented by you becomes private territory for the hosts during your stay. One may use the following in the shared spaces: - Kitchen (to prepare food) - Living room (to watch TV) - Dining room (for eating) - Garden (for socializing or going in the hot tub) During your stay You will receive our contact details, as soon you have booked the room.
