🏡 Enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends in this peaceful, clean-style accommodation with 4 beds. Equipped with an exterior without neighbors to enjoy the beautiful evenings, the interior is composed of a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be combined into a king size, a living room with sofa bed and an adjoining bathroom in the style of a master suite. Games and toys available for young and old. Please note: no Wi-Fi, mobile network only. The space 🍽️ Living areas: - The main room with a clean, design and functional style includes the fully equipped kitchen, a 4-seat dining area and a living room with TV! - It opens onto a pleasant private courtyard, not overlooked, ideal for sharing a meal, having an aperitif or simply enjoying the surrounding calm. 🛏️ Bedrooms A modular master bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to give a large double bed (180 x 200). A sofa bed in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements. 🛁 Bathroom/toilet The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate. 🌳 Exterior Free private parking is available in front of the house. 👶 Baby equipment (upon request): Baby bed, highchair, stroller (single or triple), potty, toilet reducer, rigid baby carrier. Guest access 🏠 You will have access to the entire house as well as the patio. Only the parking area is shared, but you have a dedicated space. Other things to note 🧺 To offer you more attractive rates for your stay, bed linens (bedding set) and household linens (towels) are not included in the reservation price. However, if you wish, we can provide them as an option, at a cost of €20 per double bed and €10 per single bed, payable in cash during your stay. If you do not want this option, please bring your own linens. 🧹 Cleaning is included in your reservation. Be sure to respect the space and our cleaning staff. No 🚬 smoking (exteriors are at your disposal). 🐕 We do allow pets. Outside is fully enclosed. Be careful not to bark the dogs for too long, the neighbors are close. 🔑 There is a self check-in solution but we prefer to hand you the keys in person. ！ For early arrivals we offer free flexibility from 4pm to 5pm. Otherwise you can arrive further in advance for a small fee because we have to organize ourselves differently.
