This 40 m2 oasis skillfully combines traditional coziness with modern comfort and an open floor plan that invites you to linger. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the majestic mountain peaks of Jochberg, Herzogstand, and Heimgarten from the covered south-facing balcony. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, an inviting living room with a wooden beam ceiling and a Swedish stove for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom features a refreshing shower. For your convenience, we provide high-quality cooking and dining utensils, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, and dish towels. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are also available. Relax in the spacious garden on the cozy terraces. Each apartment is assigned a parking space on the property, and bicycles can be securely stored either at the house or in the cellar. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Guest access The vacation apartment "Heimgarten" is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs. Guests have unrestricted access to the entire apartment as well as to the communal areas of the property, including the garden and terraces. A private parking space is available for each apartment. Bicycles can be stored either at the house or in the cellar. Other things to note An additional tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per day is levied on guests upon booking the accommodation. In return, they receive a guest card that allows for free bus rides and offers some discounts on entrance fees. Payment details will be provided to the guest after booking, as these costs are not included in the Airbnb price. To issue the guest card, we require personal information such as date of birth, nationality, home address, and full name from all guests staying in the apartment. Additionally, for guests who do not hold German citizenship, we also require the passport number. We are happy to provide wood and fire starters for the fireplace. We appreciate any donation for the wood and suggest a contribution of 50 cents per piece of wood.
